This month, Miso Funky is taking part in Blog & Buy Sale, a showcase of creative talent selling their work online. How lovely that we are joining some pretty creative talent indeed!

To help gain exposure, it would be simply marvellous if you were to click here to look at our “stall”.

There are Facebook and Twitter buttons on there for you to show your support for the stitchy cause. If we get people to support us, we may even win a rosette which would be lovely (and remind me of all those rosettes I won when I was younger with my pony!).

Super-excited to be part of this event again this year. If you’re local to Glasgow, come on down – it’s a classic line-up of stalls!

Exciting news! I will be “appearing” at this year’s Clothes Show Live on the Cross Stitcher Magazine stand!

I’ll be there on Monday 5th December in the Sknitch zone, dedicated to needlework, stitching and being hands-on with your fashion.

I’ll be helping introduce visitors to cross stitch, letting them make their own button badge and generally flying the crafty flag!

Please say hi if you’re passing the stand! Our crafty pals Emily Peacock and Mr X Stitch will also be there for the show running workshops, too – a star-studded line-up (and me)!

I’ll be at Say No To Plastic this Sunday 27th November from 12pm to 5pm. It’s at Oran Mor on Byres Road, Glasgow. Do stop in if you’re in the area for shopping galore!

As we speak, assuming there are no problems, I’ll be half way to London on the train with my giant suitcase full of samplers and other goodies for sale over the two days. I’m really looking forwards to getting out and meeting customers old and new, crafty friends and generally soaking up the good market atmosphere.

Mega excitement here – we’re off to London in October for Renegade Craft Fair! It’s popping over from the US of A for its inaugural UK event and I’m thrilled to be part of it.

I’ll be sharing a stall with Kim of Finest Imaginary – we’re already giddy discussing our set up by email.

It’s taking place on October 8th and 9th at the Old Truman Brewery. All the info is here.
